SHIPPING POLICY


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12 pm PST, will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.  Items that are out of stock may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.  You will be notified via email in these cases. 

All packages are shipped USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, with tracking information.  Please take into consideration that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Please be aware that certain areas may be affected by adverse weather and could cost slight delays in delivery time.  Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days)- $22

 

International Taxes & Duties

Please be mindful that all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.  By law, custom authorities require that we declare the value of your items directly on the package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages.  If you wish to refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the original custom fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to NOCHE.  The amount will be deducted from your refund.  If the fees exceed the amount of your order including shipping costs, the parcel will be destroyed and you will not be refunded.
