RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While we take pride in every NOCHE product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in an exchange or return. NOCHE gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 10 days after purchase date. Original receipt and tags must be attached. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please note if items are returned on a free shipping order, you may be subject to the original shipping fee being deducted from the total amount of the refund. Defective merchandise must be reported via email within 24 hours of order arrival. International orders are FINAL SALE. Please note all sale items, bodysuits, accessories and shoes are FINAL SALE.
Please complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible). Return Form must be included in shipment or we will not be able to process your return or exchange. Ship return packages to address listed below. Packages must be returned prepaid. Please use a shipping method that allows delivery confirmation and tracking services. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Refunds are processed 7-10 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account with a confirmation.
